That neighbor will give up, or moderate, his grazing rights at a new owner's request. Three Creeks meander thru, or originate from springs on Maple Springs. They are fenced so that horses & cattle do not pollute water flowing into the Rappahannock River & The Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Maple Springs is under easement with the Virginia Outdoors Foundation.
